Where We Ship
Portugal 🇵🇹 (Continente)
We offer local shipping within mainland Portugal via CTT.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
Fixed rate: 4.90 € (tracked)
Note: Azores & Madeira may experience longer delivery times and rate due to inter-island logistics.
Spain 🇪🇸 (Mainland)
We offer tracked shipping to mainland Spain via CTT.
Fixed rate: 6.90 €
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
Note: The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not included in mainland rates and may require a custom quote.
European Union 🇪🇺 (All 27 Countries)
We ship to all EU countries using tracked shipping via CTT Expresso Económico.
Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.
There are no customs fees within the EU.
Rest of the EU (tracked shipping):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
EU Shipping Rates (Outside PT & ES Mainland)
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on total order weight:

0–1 kg: €19.90

1–2 kg: €33.90
-
2–5 kg: €47.90
This applies to all EU destinations except Portugal and mainland Spain, which have their own reduced rates.
Order Size Limits (Certain EU Countries)
Some destinations such as Ireland, Greece, Malta, or Cyprus may have size or parcel restrictions.
For these countries, we may limit orders to 1–2 Scoops per shipment.
If your order exceeds the allowed size, we’ll contact you to arrange split shipping (additional fees may apply).
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
We ship to the UK using tracked international shipping via CTT (Portugal).
Rate: 24.90€ (up to 2kg)
Delivery time: 5–10 business days
Tracking: Always included
Please note:

Since the UK is outside the EU, customs, VAT or handling fees may apply upon arrival.

These fees depend on the UK’s import rules and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is not collected or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we can resend it once the shipping cost is paid again.
We do everything we can to make delivery smooth, and we’ll always help if something goes wrong in transit.

If a Package Is Returned
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for:
