Shipping & Delivery

Address Information

Please make sure your address, phone number and email are correct at checkout.

If your address is incomplete (no floor, no apartment number, etc.), the courier may not be able to deliver.

If you notice a mistake, email us within 2 hours.

Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot modify the address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the reshipping cost must be paid by the customer.

When the order arrives

If something is wrong (damaged, missing, or incorrect), please contact us within 48 hours with:

We’ll offer a replacement item, partial refund, or store credit depending on the case.

Lost or Not Received

If a package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, we’ll open an investigation with the courier.

Refunds or replacements depend on the courier’s final resolution.

You can leave a note at checkout or fill out our personalization form with your colors, themes, or item preferences.

We read every message with care and always do our best to include what you love — but we cannot guarantee that all preferences can be fulfilled, since each Lucky Scoop has an element of surprise and depends on available stock.

Because our products are partially randomly curated, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on personal taste or the items received.

However, damaged or incomplete items are always covered with proof.

All items in the same order ship together in one parcel.
